The call is a deep dive into your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and any challenges you face. We’ll discuss exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management to create a fully customised plan for you. We will spend the most time on the areas that need the most attention.

Yes! 60/3 is designed specifically for people who have a gym membership and want to maximise their time spent in the gym. I will tell you exactly what you need to do, from how to warm-up, which machines or equipment to use, the number of repetitions and sets to complete and even what to eat afterwards to be support your training. I will take all the guesswork away so you’re the most productive person in the gym.

If you’ve taken time out, getting back into shape can be a challenge. You may be nervous about how hard to push or how often to work-out. Both these things can often mean you end up doing nothing at all! I will write a program that gradually and safely brings your fitness and strength back. You’ll be supported along the way and have your plan adjusted if needed.

This depends on your consistency and effort. My most successful clients have two big things in common - they stick to the program and they stay in touch. I love questions as it shows you are interested in the process and want to learn.

Following our conversation, I’ll spend some time considering everything we’ve discussed and design a personalised 3-month training program. This will be delivered online and can be edited by use both. You will have the ability to make notes and comments and I will be able to change your training, add tips or send videos. You will also be encouraged to send videos and updates to ensure you begin on the right track.

Food a foundation of health and vital for supporting your training. It is also deeply personal so we will work to ensure any suggestions are realistic in the context of your lifestyle and home situation.

The best plans are flexible. Everyone I’ve worked with has needed some flexibility at some point. Be it illness, work or family, the aim here is to find a way to make exercise compliment your life, not hinder it. This is why regular communication is key.

There is no commitment to continue beyond 3 months. In week 11, we will schedule a short telephone call to review your progress and the next steps. There are several scenarios. Some people decided they would like to continue for another 3 months and use the 60-minute coaching call to develop their technique (for example, we work on improving your overhead press or deadlift technique). If your meal planning has been challenging, we may decide to dedicate the time to creating a realistic eating plan for your household.
