What to Expect from Personal Training in Your Home
Embarking on a personal training journey in the comfort of your home is convenient, private and highly effective.

Your journey starts with a consultation, guided by a detailed lifestyle history form, to explore your goals, habits, and challenges, forming the foundation for a personalized, tailored plan.

Once I’ve evaluated your forms and areas we discussed, I will decide on what the best course of action is. I will offer 2 options based on your goals and availability. I ask everyone for a minimum commitment of 3 months regardless of the option.
Your journey begins with our first Personal Training session featuring a physical assessment to evaluate your movement. After the session, I will write a plan which both complements your performance and aesthetic goals as well as your long-term health. Your plan will then be delivered using an online platform and followed up with an email or phone call to answer any questions or concerns you may have. You will have clear guidance on what you need to do and when. Video and AI support will mean you will be fully accountable and confident in starting your plan under full guidance and supervision from me.
